As of 6th April 2009 it is illegal to market a property until you have a market-ready HIP.

A market ready HIP is one which contains an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ), index, evidence of title and a sales statement. Once these items have been received by HIP London your estate agent can market your property.

There are a number of ways a PIQ can be completed. However, the speediest option is for the vendor to fill in the form online. This form is on our Home Page and, once completed and the "Submit to Hip London" tab is clicked, the form is automatically emailed to us

If you or your client orders a HIP through HIP London you will receive a confirmation email when all these documents are received.
