HIP London has been set up to handle the entire Home Information Pack process for Estate Agents and professionals in property sales.

Once you have received an instruction for the sale of a property simply fax an order form to us or use our on-line order form. All we need is the full name of the vendors, property address and postcode and we will immediately initiate the process. Certain documents will need to be provided to us by the vendor (managment company details). These will all be available electronically for you to pass on to your client in hard copy or e-mail (PDF). We will use our network of Home Inspectors to carry out the Home Condition Reports in an efficient and timely manner so that there is minimal delay in the marketing of the property.

You will be able to check the status of the pack at any time through our London based customer service team . Details of your specific pack will only be available to you through a password protected site. Once the Home Information Pack is ready, we will contact you and provide you with the final copy.

We supply full training on the Home Information Packs and run an in-house helpdesk to manage any queries or problems you may incur.

All packs can be branded with your logo and contact details on the front page and specific design requirements can be taken into account.
